Strength Circuit Are you new to exercise or a mature aged person looking for increased fitness levels along with better health?The strength circuit held at Gympie Duck Ponds will be perfect,using the lovly paths located at the park we will gradually increase your flexability, coordination and strength. Cardio Circuit. Do you enjoy being huffy puffy when you exercise? Then this one one is for you.We incoporate along with the cardio, endurance and power training, to you a full none stop 45 minute session.
