All training equipment is supplied for your use and all you need to bring is a bottle of water

a towel and a sun visor or hat

So you may want to join a group and meet new people or perhaps you have a group of people

in your work place

who would like to exercise together in their lunch break , or at another time Email us

with your details and we will put together a package

for you

Strength & Cardio Sessions

These sessions are designed to give participants a full body workout, incoporating body weight, and

various equipment.

Strength Circuit

Are you new to exercise or a mature aged person looking for increased fitness levels along with

better health?The strength circuit held at Gympie Duck Ponds will be perfect,using the lovly paths

located at the park we will gradually increase your flexability, coordination and strength.

Cardio Circuit.

Do you enjoy being huffy puffy when you exercise? Then this one one is for you.We incoporate

along with the cardio, endurance and power training, to you a full none stop 45 minute session.
