Debbie's training has given me the guidance and determination to challenge myself, I am well on the way to the body I once felt good about.The profesionalism and encouragement I began training with Deb after having double bypass surgery in March 2007.I was down to 59 kilos and looked terrible. With patience and care Deb began my rehabilitation program .
Sometimes when I felt I could not do another thing she gently pushed me towards success. She still pushes me but not gently anymore, I am back at work now weigh a healthy 75 kilos and am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. Thanks Deb for everything as you helped me to become the person I am today.

I began my training with Debbie feeling angry, mean, lethargic and just disgusted with myself . I had no energy and could not be bothered to do much of anything. I started with one personal session a week and after just several months began to feel more energetic and I also began to lose weight. Debbie then suggested I increase my training and do 2 per week. Further weight loss and more energy became apparent. I now do 3 personal sessions a week. Whilst I like group sessions as I have been challenged in every group I have attended, meet wonderful people and learnt so much, I absolutly love my personal sessions as these are all for me , no one else for Debs attention I have now lost 15 kilos and feel fantastic. I recomend and strongly urge anyone who has even just one of my symptoms to talk with Debbie. She will help you, encourage you , push you and never take no for an answer, until you get the results you desire. Just do it, you will be so pleased you did.

I am 86 years of age and never felt better . Debbie trains me once per week and I love most of all the boxing.

I have One on One training with Debbie once a week and do 2 group Sessions a week. I am encouraged at both trainings and love that when I am in a group training she still encourages all of us to do our best. Explains every exercise in detail so we know why we do that specific exercise and what results we would achieve. Debbie continually encourages to set new goals that are achievable and to always move forward in my Journey to Better health and Fitness.

 I do 2 group training sessions per week. What I like is that each week is different and I never get bored. One week I may be using weights the next my own body weight, It is  sometimes struggle to get motivated to go  but once there it is great to feel challenged and I feel proud of myself for making the effort A  great way to start my day.
