  Do you have a specific and personal health and fitness goal?        

  Personal training is a One on One  session designed just           

  for you, with only you mind.      

  Whatever your reason for training we will achieve the                         

  results you deserve.

  • You will have  a personalised program designed to achieve YOUR goals that will be understanding of any limitations or injuries you may have.
  • You will receive regular 4 weekly assessments to monitor your progress
  • You will receive nutrition tips
  • At every personal session you will be encouraged, motivated and even pushed in  order for you to achieve your goals, we will continue to work  towards your outcome together and every session will be a challenging workout.
  • Your time is precious so I can come to your home , work place or a nearby park.
  • In some cases people like to train with a friend, if this is something you think you might prefer to do, personal training can be designed for up  to 2 people.

       Personal training sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes in duration .
