This program is conducted over an 8 week period

This program includes

  • A personal trainer working only with you, no one looking over your shoulder except your trainer.
  • 3 x 30 minute sessions per week,including restistance training, cardiovascular exercise and circuit training for a fat burning workout..
  • A program for you to complete at home.
  • A food diary.
  • Weekly analysis of food intake.
