This program is conducted over an 8 week period
This program includes
- A personal trainer working only with you, no one looking over your shoulder except your trainer.
- 3 x 30 minute sessions per week,including restistance training, cardiovascular exercise and circuit training for a fat burning workout..
- A program for you to complete at home.
- A food diary.
- Weekly analysis of food intake.
- Weekly analysis of energy output.
