You think the cost will be too expensive for training.
To encourage maximum participation there are no contracts or joining fees.We are about helping people have healthier, more active lives. Both Group and One on One sessions can be payed for as you go or packs are available.

  

You think you don't have enough time for exercise.   
How often and when you exercise is entirely up to you. If you are busy (who isn't these days?) You may need to get up 30 minutes earlier or schedule in your exercise session in your lunch break. Make it a priority as it is your health and fitness .

  

You think you are too unfit to begin exercise

Who is born fit? That is the question you should ask yourself.The answer is nobody.There is no need to feel embarrassed, as everybody trains for different reasons.Outdoor One on One training  is a great way to start as this option is just you and the trainer

 

You know you should exercise but are just not motivated.

Strict and regimented exercise is not in our vocabulary, however fun , interesting and challenging is. Try training with an exercise buddy, bring them along to a session and you will motivate each other, of course you will always have the trainer motivating you every step of the way.

  

You don,t see results quick enough.

Results take time.The results may be happening but not visual as yet.Never monitor your results by using the scales, instead monitor how you feel and look.Do you feel healthier? are your cloths feeling looser.These are just a few positive ways to monitor your results.

  

You don't like to run 

The beauty of exercise is diversity, and flexibility, and sometimes we don,t like something because we are not good at it.Your trainer has your goals in mind and will work with you to achieve those goals, your program may be modified to remove the activities you really dislike.

  

Final note

Above all, exercise should be fun and interesting in order to keep you motivated towards achieving your goals. Our aim is to keep you interested long enough to achieve these special goals of yours, and help you to continue Powering Into Life.
