All training equipment is supplied for your use and all you need to bring is water, sun hat and a great I can do it attitude.

You may want to join an existing group and meet new people or perhaps you have a group of people in your work place, or neighbourhood who would like to exercise

together .

We can help you.

It is fun to train with others , and when we have fun we stick to it for longer to get results.

Below are the current group sessions available.

Please be aware sessions may be cancelled at any time.
